HRGA

This project consists of a two-story 40,000 sf medical office building constructed over a two-level 200-space parking garage. The office wings are connected by a central enclosed circulation spine. Vertical masonry elements anchor the sweeping horizontal facias and enclose the stairs. The facility includes a 9,500 sf outpatient surgery center.
