HRGA has been providing on-call architectural services to Sac State Facilities Management and University Enterprises Inc. continuously since 2012 on a wide variety of small projects throughout the campus and in downtown Sacramento. We have over 100 individual commissions completed or in progress, ranging from planning/programming and schematic-level feasibility studies to complete architectural and engineering design services for remodels and new construction. Our services include: close collaboration with project managers, end-users and on on-campus maintenance and engineering specialists; the processing of plans through 3rd-party plan review agencies, the Office of the State Fire Marshal, and DSA’s Access Compliance division; and bidding & construction support for both competitively bid and job order contracts.
