This 450,000 sf 1,450-stall garage provides parking for the adjacent 6-story SC12 office building. The 4-story precast structure was erected in less than 30 days. Post-tensioned concrete floor slabs were then placed at each level. This project was completed at a cost of $21 million. An elevated link above the outdoor dining area connects the garage to the adjacent 540,000 sf office building. Pedestrian access from the adjacent surface parking lot to the office building flows into the garage and over the depressed main vehicle entry to avoid conflicts with incoming traffic.
