HRGA designed the 40 ft by 80 ft small undeveloped parcel located at downtown Sacramento. The project is to construct a new six-story, 19-room boutique-style, extended-stay hotel.
Because of the access constraint of the site, the main facade is to have generous size of the windows with open balconies to the street. Three sides of the exterior elevations except for the street side still provide a unique architectural expression.
The exterior finish materials are consistent with adjacent buildings around. The primary material palette is brick and cement board. The wooden look cement board is selected for an accent material.
The project is currently Planning Approval phase.
