This nine-story mixed-use 50-unit condominium project, located on the Truckee River in Reno, Nevada, is an upscale residential showpiece for the downtown area. The building includes 7,300 sf of retail development on the ground floor, 2,300 sf of common-area amenities on the fourth floor (including exercise and swimming pool areas), and a parking structure. The project is currently on hold. Design services included creation of a three-dimensional photorealistic computer graphics depicting the proposed building within the actual site context.
