Mixed-Use:

This world-class, mixed-use, 37-story high rise condominium was designed in association with Daniel Libeskind Studios of New York, and is proposed for construction on a prominent site on the Capitol Mall, the gateway to the State Capitol Building. The project will include 214 residential condominium units, 14,000 sf of retail space. A landscaped parkway separates the structure from the Mall, and a 40' wide landscaped pedestrian way separates the retail space from the adjacent US Bank Tower. The eighth floor will include an amenity level with a pool, exercise area, and landscaping. The Sacramento Design Review Board and Planning Commission have approved the carefully detailed and expressive exterior facade.

Parking:

The parking structure for the new mixed-use residential tower in downtown Sacramento is planned to front on Capitol Mall, the gateway to the California State Capitol Building. The ground floor includes which includes restaurant and retail space helps to conceal the 8-story 321-space parking garage. This project, a joint venture with Studio Daniel Libeskind of New York, is currently on hold. Construction cost is estimated at $120M.
