This expansion project was constructed in two phases while the credit unit remained in continuous operation. The first phase of 18,000 sf added a new main entrance and lobby, customer services and walkup ATMs, along with a remote drive-up ATM structure and customer parking.

Upon occupancy of the new space, the existing 10,000 sf credit union building was removed down to the floor slab and replaced with new offices and support functions. This work required that mission-critical infrastructure located in the original building remain secure and uninterrupted.
