Design and built as a potential prototype for similar facilities, the complex includes a 3,200 square foot Operations Building and 15,000 square foot Vehicle Maintenance Building.   The Operations Building provides open office space for three “flights”, with supporting break room and toilets.  The Vehicle Maintenance Building provides eight vehicle bays (two with lifts), a separate refuel truck maintenance bay, a tire shop, a welding shop, parts storage and supporting office, break room and toilets.
