The project proposes 82 townhomes at 2601 5th Street. Each townhome is designed as three stories, with a mix of two bedrooms and three-bedroom units. The proposed access to the project is from 1st Ave, 5th Street and the new proposed 6
th street. The proposed entrances will allow access to the townhome’s private garages.
The ground floor of each townhome is designed with a private two-car garage. Each townhome features a private patio on the ground floor or a balcony on the second and third floor. The project is currently under the Planning Approval phase.
