The design concept for the renovation of this 10,000 sf two-story office building was based on the selective subtraction of the building's form at the second floor level along with the removal of the tiled mansard roof elements. Increased massing at the building's corners add rhythm and balance while decorative steel awnings provide visual spark and geometric continuity.
