Urban Mixed-use

1430 Q

1430 q
Sacramento, CA

1430 Q is a crucial connection between the R Street and 16th Street corridors to link a seamless, vibrant lifestyle experience anchored in Sacramento's Fremont Park mixed-use neighborhood. The mixed-use transit oriented development is adjacent the 16th Street light rail station and centered in the most pedestrian-friendly, walkable neighborhood of Sacramento. Ground floor retail and outdoor dining areas will enhance the shopping and dining experience within Downtown.

A modern design with the amenities people wants today including bike storage, fitness room, pet washing station, and an outdoor lounge with barbeques. The exterior design reflects the industrial character of historic buildings within the R Street Corridor through a neutral material palette, warm accent colors, and large glass walls. The building's function is visible through floor to ceiling windows and a rooftop terrace providing spectacular views of Midtown, Downtown and the Capitol.

The 73 unit luxury residential project includes having 9,000 sf of retail space on the ground level and 97 parking spaces underground and on the second level. The project is completed in 2020.
